It is important to us that your order arrives quickly and safely.
- In stock products will ship within 2-3 business days.
- As soon as your order has been processed and shipped we will email you tracking information.
- All orders shipped are insured. In the event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately with photos and please keep all packaging.
- European orders are shipped with GLS Group.
- International orders outside Europe are shipped with TNT Express.
- International orders may be subject to import taxes and charges. The buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duty and charges. Groove Drum Co. is in no way responsible for these charges. Please contact your local Customs office to determine fees and charges and if they are applicable.
- Groove Drum Co. will not declare items at a lesser value or declare them as a gift.
INDIVIDUAL DRUMS OR FULL KITS
Due to the nature of our work being made to order refunds or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind on individual drums or full kits. However, a customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods purchased fail to meet a consumer guarantee; for example:
- If the customer was induced into buying the goods by misrepresentation;
- If the goods have a fault about which they could not have known at the time of purchase. (Customers can't complain about defects that were pointed out to them at the time of purchase.)
- If the goods are NOT of merchantable quality - a basic level and quality and performance that would be reasonable to expect - bearing in mind the price and the way the goods were described.
- If the goods don't do the job the customer was led to believe they would do.
- If the goods don't match the description given when ordered.
- If the goods don't match a sample shown when order.
If you purchase a Groove Drum Co. T-shirt or other clothing merchandise that does not fit when you receive it, we will happily exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:
- You return the item by mail, at your own cost, within 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase to:

- You include your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item
- The item is in original saleable condition:
- With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
- In an unworn, and unused state
- You notify us via email, email@example.com, with postage details e.g. tracking number
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
